Managing Delivery Orders

Choose who delivers each order, add delivery-partner tracking, and understand who receives the delivery fee.

When a customer pays for delivery, you prepare the order and choose how that specific package reaches them. You can use PickQuick, your Shop team, or a delivery partner managed by your Shop.

Before you start

  • PickQuick must enable customer delivery for your Shop.
  • PickQuick controls the delivery area, customer fee, free-delivery minimum, and delivery promise.
  • To use your team or your own partner, open your Shop profile and turn on Manage delivery with your Shop.

You still choose for every order

Enabling Shop-managed delivery does not commit you to every delivery. You make a fresh choice after each paid order is packed.

Prepare a delivery order

  1. Open Orders, select the delivery order, and confirm the items, quantities, customer note, and promised time.
  2. Pack and check the complete order. Then select Mark ready for dispatch.
  3. Choose one delivery method and confirm it.

PickQuick will deliver

PickQuick operations takes responsibility for the package and receives the customer delivery fee. Your Seller payout reflects the merchandise amount after discounts and any applicable commission shown on the order.

After you confirm, PickQuick manages the remaining delivery updates. Contact support if the package has not been collected within the expected window.

Our Shop will deliver

Your Shop team takes responsibility and receives the customer delivery fee as delivery earnings. The Seller Platform then reveals the protected recipient name, address, phone number, and directions.

Select Start delivery only when the package leaves the Shop. Select Mark delivered only after it reaches the customer.

Use our delivery partner

Choose this when your Shop arranges a courier or another third party. Enter all three details:

  • Delivery provider — the company or partner name customers will recognize.
  • Tracking number — the provider's shipment reference.
  • Tracking link — a complete public https:// tracking URL.

Your Shop remains responsible for the delivery and receives the delivery fee. When the partner collects the package, select Mark partner in transit. Confirm Mark delivered only after the provider reports a successful customer handoff.

Keep PickQuick status accurate

A partner's tracking page does not update PickQuick automatically. Your Shop must record when the package starts moving, is delivered, or has a problem.

When the customer qualifies for free delivery, the authoritative delivery fee is $0. Tax is never included in Seller delivery earnings.

Upcoming combined-checkout policy

The delivery settlement policy is not yet active. After rollout, the customer’s capped delivery fee will be shared across packages. Your Shop will earn only its order’s allocated fee when it delivers—not the full $9.99 for every package. Extra compensation requires an explicit PickQuick-funded subsidy. Original terms remain unchanged for existing orders.

Online processing costs will be deducted separately from applicable commission. See fees and settlements for the calculation and refund treatment.

If delivery cannot be completed

Select Report a problem, explain what happened, and keep the package secure. PickQuick operations will coordinate reassignment, return, or refund when required.

An Admin may change the delivery owner before departure to recover an exception. The system automatically corrects who receives the delivery fee.

Customer updates

PickQuick sends customer-facing status changes through the Store notification inbox, email, and SMS when those channels are configured. Delivery emails show:

  • the current delivery stage;
  • what happens next;
  • the delivery provider and tracking number;
  • a large Track delivery button;
  • a separate provider-tracking link when your Shop supplied one.

Common problems

  • The Shop or partner option is unavailable. Open your Shop profile and enable Manage delivery with your Shop. If customer delivery itself is disabled, contact PickQuick Support.
  • The tracking link is rejected. Use a complete public HTTPS address beginning with https://. Links containing usernames or passwords are not accepted.
  • I chose the wrong method. Contact PickQuick before the package leaves the Shop. Admin can correct the owner and fee assignment.
  • The partner has the package but PickQuick still says assigned. Open the order and select Mark partner in transit.
